2006 ended with a show of many uniting – in a unique way!  The owners and chefs of Bendigo’s top restaurants have all come together for the ‘Life’s A Dish’ concept.
With each offering a signature dish, as well as a specially designed plate that “sums up” the feel of each venue, it is a chance for locals and tourists alike to sample the fare and take home a collector’s item.  The launch had everyone out sampling specialties from all chefs involved…with even George Lansell dressing up for the occasion!  For more info on the Life’s A Dish concept, head to page 61.
