Late last year many people in the Bendigo Community gathered together to help out with a very important cause.
Young Charlize is suffering from Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. Because the chemotherapy has destroyed her immune system, Charlize is unable to be taken out to parks, playgrounds.. For this reason, it was decided to complete Chris & Karen’s backyard to provide them with a comfortable, safe and attractive place to spend some family time outdoors. On this special day Glenn Bourke & Wayne Tobin shaved their heads in an effort to create more interest/incentive for donations for the family.
